Volunteer
The volunteer is an essential resource to carry out the awareness raising initiatives that FEM
periodically organizes to divulgate information on ongoing projects. The activities include the
organization of locals events, drafting and translation of informative documents, active collaboration
to specific phases of current projects, realization of studies and researches, welcoming and
accompanying representative from international partners.
The possibilities are multiple and depend on the available time and the skills one can dedicate
to FEM.
Interns
To university students, thesis students, newly graduates, and participants to post-graduate
courses FEM offers the possibility to carry out a professional experience inside the organization.
The required candidate profile depends on the current projects' specific needs and the sector
of intervention (microfinance, services in the energy sector, development of micro enterprises)
The internships, also available as apprenticeship within post-graduate courses, can last for a minimum
of 3 up to 12 months.
Professionals in the LDCs
The technical interventions foreseen by our project require the involvement of professionals,
if possible recruited within the same countries of activity.
The profiles requested depend on the specific nature of projects and sectors, and range from overall
project coordination - for which a project management experience is necessary, including the administrative
management of complex projects-, to high qualified profiles in the areas of energy services, technical
training, and consulting to micro enterprises.
